Learning & Development manager

•    A post graduate degree in Human Resources
•    A minimum of three years of experience in a similar role in Learning and Development is preferable
•    Certification in the areas of learning & development from organisations of repute will be an added advantage


Brief description

Content Curation

Audience analysis: Demonstrating the ability to grasp the context and learning preferences of the target audience for whom the content is being curated and articulate desired learning outcomes, identify appropriate learning asset types based on the same


Content sourcing: Demonstrating the ability to source content that effectively and efficiently addresses the identified learning outcomes


Facilitation Skills: Excellent learning delivery skills, using voice, body language, presentation design, and technology to make an impact


Promoting social learning: Driving interaction and engagement in a live learning setting, and synthesize / catalyze insights from the interaction


Continuous improvement: Analysing feedback (stakeholders and learners) to continuously improve the quality of facilitation.


Compliance to standards: Adhering to internal guidelines on facilitation

Process Rigor: Taking ownership of the tasks assigned, driving it with desired end result in mind and reviews regularly to ensure timely completion
