HR manager

Job Description:


-Responsible for all talent acquisition keeping in view the organization structure
-Plans and directs programs all employee engagement activities covering employee connect, welfare, communication, counselling and retention
-Manages and monitors Performance Management aligned with corporate guidelines Drives mentoring / coaching as appropriate
-And employment screening of employees are completed on time
-Work with central Compensation & benefit team to ensure proper payroll administration & Rewards / Recognition management
-Enhance the time and quality of service with employees by Building relationships and employee engagement
-Tracking attrition trends, suggesting and implementing corrective action
-Ensure communication channels are set up and functioning smoothly
-Ensure compliance to all company policies, standards/statutory requirements and processes
-Addressing employee queries issues and concerns proactively Escalating the same and following up for closure where required
-Contribute to the development & continuous improvement of HR processes, systems & procedures
