RPO Manager, Jaipur

Roles & Responsibilities:  

• Designing, developing and managing activities from RPO product definition & planning to production and release. 
• Developing the product strategy and roadmap.
• Working cross-functionally with design and technology teams to ensure timely and quality release of product
• Set up RPO operation at client place or Our Office   
• Daily, weekly and monthly meetings with hiring managers and technical panel to understand their requirements, setup timelines for closure and fulfilling hiring delivery on time.    
• Account Management, resource allocation and planning, management reporting and overall managing service delivery. Responsible for Client relationship management, Stakeholder management and issue resolution.    
• Managing a team of recruiters and consultants.    
• Strong experience with RPO service delivery and client engagement.
•  Handling bulk recruitment for IT & Sales Division
