we are looking at here is someone who in offline/physical world can recruit/onboard partners and explain to them how they can refer leads for online Personal Loans through our app and earn extra income. The person needs to make focused effort on representing the proposition in forums such as BNI etc to go and share the proposition with real estate brokers/ housewives/ telecallers/ CAs etc to get them to become our long tail DSAs. These would be people who aren’t doing this for a living like regular DSAs, but smaller individuals who may want to do this for earning extra income.
On board and activate partners merchants/ real estate brokers/CAs/ housewives etc. to refer PL leads on their own through various activities/ focused campaigns.
Desired profile
Graduation/Post Graduate Degree with a reputed institute.
3+ years of sales experience/ new channel on boarding
Ability to influence stakeholders with diverse points of view
Structured thinker, effective communicator with excellent written communication skills
Ability to prioritize projects and efforts according to business need and industry trends
Demonstrable experience working in retail banking, payments, e/m-commerce, online and mobile platforms
Strong communication and presentation skills
