Job description
Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develops, presents and maintains project plans, including business cases, staffing  requirements, detailed budgets, work breakdown structures and schedules
  • Help ensure that projects are routinely prioritized, reported, managed and status is communicated to ensure business value is delivered
  • Help define project scope, objectives, milestones, success criteria and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Help design, document and implement appropriate protocols
  • Effectively able to communicate across all levels of the organization including management, key business sponsors and with external service providers
  • Able to determine and resolve project slippage and scope changes in respect of theoverall project, prioritize deliverables to ensure milestones are met
  •  Liaise with Compensation and Data Teams to ensure clients reporting and data needs are met
  • Lead matrix project teams, influence leaders within HR, Shared Services and other functions across the business, monitor project plans, milestone achievement,
  • Identifies process and operational roadblocks
  • Analyze, research and design functional specifications from internal and external industry sources for HR best practices to meet business requirements
  • Define requirements, manage priorities, and ensure effective functioning of projects
  • Work experience as an HRIS Manager or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with HR database administration
  • Research vendors and implement new integrations as needed
  • Collaborate with our IT staff to perform regular tests and upgrades to our HRIS
  • Design manuals and document data processing procedures
  • HR SME for creating HR service offerings to client, who can convert their expertise and
  • knowledge into product development

Licensing or Certifications
• PMP, PMI, II, PRINCE, CAPM, SOX, SHRM, BPM, PM, HR
