Serve as one-point contact for all EEG Trade customers for the area.

Perform specific duties relating to customer's trade transactions and as required by team, and assist the team in overseeing the smooth flow of transactions through concerted efforts with RMs, Customers, Treasury, Trade Desks, Branches, Credit, OPS, and all other related Departments.

Servicing 200-350 Trade customers, with Approx 500 txn handled monthly basis. (Time consuming txns-LC /BG/BC/PC/FBD 7-8 txns a day, general txns DRUL query /Export / import/Rates 10-15 txns a day)

Customer Service/ solution manager; within the purview of the bank /Statutory guidelines and policies

Keeping track of Trade Income for EEG group

Timely and appropriate escalation of issues and suggest probable solution

Training/Guiding to new recruits /RMs
-
Proficiency in other non-system related banking activities including constant Update on the changes / developments across banking industry
-
Speed / effectiveness in resolution of customer complaints

Inward credits /Export Bill Credits

Daily inward report to be checked from portal /Branch /Trade desk
-
Coordinating with relevant treasury, customer and Branch for rates and system updation

Import / export transactions
