Business and Financial Management
- Builder relationship and knowledge of Approved Project process
- Managing channel partners and DST
- Experience of executing local campaigns and marketing activity
- Capability to do direct sourcing
- Ability for collection in case of any of assigned customer going delinquent
- Sales Manager will be responsible for collection upto <12 MOB accounts (up to 60 DPD)
- Display strong understanding of customer business
- To handle / coordinate for pre & post disbursement activities
- Ability to comprehend risk inherent to customer business
