JOB ROLE

 

  • Implementation & post Go Live support for all HR Digitisation projects. Co-ordinating all maintenance & development/enhancement requests with the Application Development team to facilitate quick closures.Co-ordinating all maintenance & development/enhancement requests with the Application Development team to facilitate quick closures.
  • SPOC for all Error resolution/ Query resolution for HR portals
  • Working with Internal Application Development Team/External Vendor for closure of IT Security related issues for HR portals.
  • Maintaining and monitoring the progress / status of all HR Digitisation projects, ensuring that the same is always updated.
  • Preparation of User Manuals, process charts/SOPs and conducting training sessions for all HR Digitisation projects
  • Managing all training/queries/enhancements on ATS platform. Working with ATS partner for quick closure of any identified issues
  • Working with the BI partner for preparing reports on Tableau and verifying the reports.

 

SKILLS/COMPETENCIES REQUIRED

 

  • Graduate with 4-5 years of relevant experience in HR Domain
  • Prior experience in HR Automation/HR Digitisation mandatory.
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills and knowledge of excel
  • Self-driven & enthusiastic.

Preferred

  • Prior experience of working on Tableau/other BI tools

 

 

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION MBA/PGDM

CTC Range - 5 lkh ~ 6 lkh

Job location - Mumbai
