Job Description
• Building robust processes to manage daily customer service QRC’s and operational requirements.
• Identifying policy, tech and process gaps and drive solutions with right stakeholders.
• Needs in-depth understanding of the loan cycle journey along with the functioning of digital loans.
• Handling regulatory and SMT level customer escalations and ensure complaints are resolved within time.
• Supervising daily BAU and conducting regular reviews with the team.
• Needs hands-on experience on people management and team management.
• Excellent communications skill, which involves daily engagement with Bank’s affiliated partners and vendors.
• Managing cross-function activities and co-ordinating with internal teams for resolving customer queries & complaints.
Location : BKC
Preference from Banks and NBFC’s only .

CTC Range - 8 lkh ~ 9 lkh
