- Facility Proposal Processing
- Pre-sanction documentation i.e. login approx. 10 cases
- Proposal approval approx. 7 cases
- Account Opening
- Legal & Valuation clearance
- Post Sanction – MFA & Mortgage for appox 7 cases
- Customer Relationship
- Engagement with client to ensure servicing.
- Collection of Asset Cover (insurance) & Stock Statement.
- Quarterly customer visits under Call Memo.
- Annual Renewal of Proposal.
- Audit alert monitoring on account transitions.
- Delinquency Management
- Monitoring interest servicing of customer.
- Regularizing account TOD.
- EMI payment overdue recovery.
- EXIT delinquent clients.
- Cross Sell
- Identifying potential customers for cross sell
- Pitching products basis propensity and requirements.
- Target to get client on e-Platform.
