JOB ROLE

 

Key functions will be:

 

Analytics-

  • Analyse and put down insights wrt Attrition data, Incentives payout, Headcount trends, business performance etc

 

HR MIS-

  • Responsible for Headcount reports and analysis of the Headcount movement.
  • Responsible for attrition reports and analysis for the same.

 

Sales Performance & Promotions

  • Responsible for Sales and collections promotions inputs
  • Sending monthly sales productivity report to Key stakeholders.
  • Managing Sales Performance Trackers
  • Managing the incentive plans and monthly inputs.
  • Preparation of Adhoc MIS as per requirements.

 

SKILLS/COMPETENCIES REQUIRED

 

  • Post Graduate in Human Resource Management
  • 8-10 years of relevant experience in HR Domain.
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills and knowledge of excel
  • Should have managed Sales HR
  • Self-driven & enthusiastic.

 

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION MBA/PGDM - HR / Industrial Relations

CTC Range - 12 lkh ~ 14 lkh
