Area Manager – DSA (LRD)
The Area Manager – DSA (LRD) will be responsible for driving new business sourcing through direct sales agents for the NBFC’s Lease Rental Discounting portfolio. This is an Individual Contributor role, requiring strong sales acumen, excellent relationship management skills, and a deep understanding of the LRD product.
Identify, onboard, and manage Direct Sales Agents in the assigned territory.
Drive LRD business sourcing by guiding DSAs to target potential clients (commercial property owners with rental income).
Achieve monthly/quarterly LRD disbursement targets in the assigned area.
Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, and intermediaries.
Ensure timely documentation and submission of loan applications through DSAs.
Provide training and mentoring to DSAs on product knowledge, customer engagement, and sales techniques.
Monitor market trends, competition, and regulatory developments in the LRD space.
Maintain CRM records, generate reports, and track performance metrics.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in NBFC / banking sales, preferably in secured lending or LRD products.
Proven experience in managing DSAs or channel partners.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently.
Knowledge of commercial property, real estate, and rental income trends is a plus.
Number of active DSAs onboarded and managed.
Monthly/quarterly LRD disbursement targets achieved.
Quality and completeness of loan applications submitted.
Growth in market share in assigned territory.
