About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Area Manager – LAP to drive business through the DSA channel for the Prime LAP segment.

The role will focus on sourcing and managing LAP business through DSA partners, building strong market relationships, and achieving business targets. This is a pure individual contributor role and does not involve team handling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Prime LAP business through the DSA channel.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with DSA partners.

  • Generate and source quality LAP business from the market.

  • Handle the complete sales cycle from sourcing to disbursement.

  • Focus on high-ticket Prime LAP cases, typically in the range of ₹75 Lakh to ₹20 Crore.

  • Maintain an average ticket size of approximately ₹3–4 Crore.

  • Ensure business quality while maintaining competitive pricing/ROI.

  • Coordinate with Credit, Operations and other internal teams for smooth processing and disbursement.

  • Achieve monthly business and disbursement targets.

  • Continuously identify and develop new DSA relationships and market opportunities.

Candidate Profile

  • 4–8 years of relevant experience in LAP, preferably in Prime LAP.

  • Strong experience in DSA channel sourcing is mandatory.

  • Candidates currently working as RM / SM / equivalent level in Prime LAP can be considered.

  • Should have experience handling ₹3–4 Crore average ticket sizes.

  • Strong understanding of the Prime LAP market, credit profiles and customer segments.

  • Good network of DSA partners and strong market connect.

  • Candidates should be comfortable working in an individual contributor role.

Preferred Background

Candidates from Prime LAP / DSA verticals of leading Banks/NBFCs are preferred.

  • Overall ticket exposure: ₹75 Lakh–₹20 Cr

  • Approx. ROI exposure: 10–10.5%
