The Area Sales Manager (ASM) – Unsecured Loans is responsible for driving business growth in the assigned territory by managing a team of Relationship Managers/Executives, building strong distribution channels, ensuring target achievement, and maintaining portfolio quality in the unsecured loans segment (Business Loans).
Achieve business targets for unsecured loans (Business Loans, etc.) in the assigned territory.
Manage, guide, and motivate a team of Relationship Managers/Executives to achieve individual and team sales goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, DSAs, and connectors to ensure consistent lead generation.
Monitor portfolio quality and ensure adherence to credit policies and compliance guidelines.
Drive productivity, sales effectiveness, and cross-selling initiatives within the team.
Conduct regular reviews, training, and performance monitoring of the sales team.
Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and competitor activities to strengthen market positioning.
Coordinate with credit, operations, and other internal teams to ensure smooth processing and timely disbursal of loans.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and resolve escalations effectively.
