Function: Secured Lending – Loan Against Property

Reporting To: Regional Sales Manager
To drive Affordable Loan Against Property (LAP) business in the assigned territory by leading a sales team, managing channel partners, and ensuring achievement of disbursement, revenue, and portfolio quality targets.
Achieve monthly and quarterly disbursement targets for Affordable LAP.
Drive sourcing through DSTs, connectors, and channel partners.
Expand penetration in semi-urban and rural markets.
Ensure high login-to-disbursement conversion ratios.
Recruit, train, and manage Sales Executives / Relationship Officers.
Set daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
Conduct field visits and joint sales calls.
Monitor productivity and ensure team motivation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with DSAs, brokers, and connectors.
Identify and onboard new channel partners.
Ensure partner productivity and compliance adherence.
Maintain healthy portfolio quality (low delinquency & bounce rates).
Coordinate with Credit and Risk teams for faster approvals.
Ensure proper documentation and policy adherence.
Support collections team for overdue cases.
Track competitor offerings and pricing.
Identify new micro-markets and business opportunities.
Provide regular feedback to management on market trends.
