Job Purpose

To drive Affordable Loan Against Property (LAP) business in the assigned territory by leading a sales team, managing channel partners, and ensuring achievement of disbursement, revenue, and portfolio quality targets.


Key Responsibilities

1. Business Growth & Targets

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly disbursement targets for Affordable LAP.

  • Drive sourcing through DSTs, connectors, and channel partners.

  • Expand penetration in semi-urban and rural markets.

  • Ensure high login-to-disbursement conversion ratios.

2. Team Management

  • Recruit, train, and manage Sales Executives / Relationship Officers.

  • Set daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.

  • Conduct field visits and joint sales calls.

  • Monitor productivity and ensure team motivation.

3. Channel Development

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with DSAs, brokers, and connectors.

  • Identify and onboard new channel partners.

  • Ensure partner productivity and compliance adherence.

4. Portfolio & Risk Management

  • Maintain healthy portfolio quality (low delinquency & bounce rates).

  • Coordinate with Credit and Risk teams for faster approvals.

  • Ensure proper documentation and policy adherence.

  • Support collections team for overdue cases.

5. Market Intelligence

  • Track competitor offerings and pricing.

  • Identify new micro-markets and business opportunities.

  • Provide regular feedback to management on market trends.
