Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager – HL / LAP to drive business growth and manage sales teams across the assigned region. The role involves managing sales managers, driving loan disbursements, building channel partnerships, and ensuring achievement of regional sales targets for Home Loan and Loan Against Property products.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in secured lending, team management, channel development, and regional sales strategy within NBFC/BFSI sector.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Home Loan (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) sales across the assigned region.

  • Manage and mentor Sales Managers / Relationship Managers.

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual disbursement targets.

  • Develop and manage DSA / Connector / Builder / Broker channels to generate business.

  • Build strong relationships with real estate developers, channel partners, and referral networks.

  • Monitor sales funnel, login to disbursement ratio, and portfolio quality.

  • Ensure credit policy adherence and documentation compliance.

  • Track regional sales performance, pipeline management, and MIS reporting.

  • Identify new markets, micro-markets, and growth opportunities.

  • Work closely with credit, underwriting, legal, and operations teams to ensure smooth loan processing.

  • Maintain strong focus on portfolio quality, risk management, and delinquency control.


Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Home Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), Mortgage Loans

  • Experience in secured lending sales within NBFC / Bank / Housing Finance Companies

  • Expertise in DSA / Channel Sales / Builder Sales

  • Strong team management and leadership skills

  • Good understanding of credit norms, property evaluation, and loan documentation

  • Ability to manage sales targets, regional expansion, and channel partnerships

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills


Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Background from NBFC / Bank / Housing Finance Company preferred

  • Proven track record in loan disbursement growth and channel development


Education

  • Graduate in any discipline

  • MBA / PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or Finance preferred
