About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate and detail-driven Assistant Manager – Brand (Graphic Design) to lead our in-house design function. You’ll be responsible for conceptualizing and executing high-impact visuals that support both internal and external communication strategies. You’ll also drive innovation by leveraging AI tools, uphold and evolve brand design standards, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver compelling, consistent creative output across channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Graphic Design Function: Oversee the end-to-end design pipeline — from concept to delivery — for static, motion, and digital assets.
- Internal & External Communications: Design for leadership comms, internal newsletters, employer branding, social media, performance marketing, events, and product campaigns.
- AI-powered Creativity: Utilize generative AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway) to accelerate creative development without compromising on originality or quality.
- Brand Custodian: Ensure consistent use of brand elements across touchpoints while also evolving the brand’s design language for relevance and modernity.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with content, product marketing, digital, HR, and tech teams to translate business goals into effective design.
- Mentor & Guide Designers: Mentor junior designers, review output, and uphold high creative standards.
- Design Systems & Templates: Develop and maintain a library of design templates for repeatable efficiency and brand consistency.
Key Skills & Tools:

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro)

Strong grasp of Canva, Figma, and AI design tools

Understanding of print and digital formats, including motion graphics and video editing

Strong visual storytelling, typography, and layout skills

Project management mindset with the ability to handle multiple deadlines
You Bring:
- 6+ years of design experience and a minimum of 2 years managing a team
- Demonstrated experience leading creative projects and managing design workflows
