Key Responsibilities
- Drive Commercial Vehicle (CV), Used CV, Construction Equipment (CE), Tractor, and Wheels Finance business for the branch.
- Achieve branch disbursement, sourcing, and collection targets.
- Manage and expand dealer, broker, and channel partner network.
- Lead a team of Relationship Managers / Sales Officers.
- Source customers from transporters, fleet owners, and SME segments.
- Conduct market visits and dealer meets to generate business.
- Coordinate with Credit and Operations teams for faster sanctions and disbursements.
- Monitor portfolio quality and delinquency.
- Handle branch-level P&L and productivity metrics.
