Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Branch Manager to lead the operations and business development of a high-performing retail bank branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing compliance, and leading a team to achieve branch targets across liabilities, assets, and third-party products.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive overall branch performance by ensuring achievement of business targets across key metrics (CASA, Retail Assets, TPPs, etc.)

  • Ensure smooth daily operations including customer service, transaction accuracy, and adherence to bank policies and regulatory guidelines

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Relationship Officers, Assistant Managers, and Customer Service Executives

  • Focus on building and deepening customer relationships through quality engagement and cross-selling of banking products

  • Ensure audit readiness and maintain compliance with all internal and external regulations

  • Monitor branch profitability and cost efficiency

  • Handle high-value client escalations and deliver quick resolution with a customer-first mindset

  • Collaborate with product, operations, and credit teams to ensure seamless service delivery

  • Develop strong market intelligence and implement local marketing strategies for business growth


Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Graduation (Post-graduation preferred) with minimum 5 years of experience in retail banking or financial services

  • Proven track record in sales, team management, and branch operations

  • Strong understanding of banking products (liabilities, loans, insurance, investments)

  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills

  • Sound knowledge of regulatory guidelines and compliance standards
