Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Business Development:

    • Achieving set sales targets for LAP products, including personal loan and mortgage products. 
    • Developing and executing sales strategies to drive LAP business growth in the branch. 
    • Building and maintaining a strong network of Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), Corporate Agents (CAs), and Connectors in the region. 
  • Team Management and Leadership:

    • Motivating and guiding the branch sales team to achieve sales targets. 
    • Providing on-the-job training and mentorship to improve team performance. 
    • Managing and monitoring the performance of team members and addressing any issues. 
  • Branch Operations and Compliance:

    • Ensuring the smooth functioning of the branch and adhering to all company policies and procedures. 
    • Managing branch expenses and ensuring profitability. 
    • Maintaining accurate records and reporting on branch performance. 
  • Financial Knowledge and Expertise:

    • Understanding loan structuring methods and credit administration. 
    • Analyzing financial statements and assessing loan applications. 
    • Understanding market trends and local preferences to tailor LAP product offerings. 
  • Customer Relationship Management:

    • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners. 
    • Providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues promptly. 
    • Understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate LAP products. 

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Finance, Business Administration).
  • Previous experience in sales, particularly in the financial services sector, with a focus on LAP products.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and manage a high-performing sales team.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and systems.
