We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Branch Manager to lead the operations and business development of a high-performing retail bank branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing compliance, and leading a team to achieve branch targets across liabilities, assets, and third-party products.
Drive overall branch performance by ensuring achievement of business targets across key metrics (CASA, Retail Assets, TPPs, etc.)
Ensure smooth daily operations including customer service, transaction accuracy, and adherence to bank policies and regulatory guidelines
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Relationship Officers, Assistant Managers, and Customer Service Executives
Focus on building and deepening customer relationships through quality engagement and cross-selling of banking products
Ensure audit readiness and maintain compliance with all internal and external regulations
Monitor branch profitability and cost efficiency
Handle high-value client escalations and deliver quick resolution with a customer-first mindset
Collaborate with product, operations, and credit teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Develop strong market intelligence and implement local marketing strategies for business growth
Graduation (Post-graduation preferred) with minimum 5 years of experience in retail banking or financial services
Proven track record in sales, team management, and branch operations
Strong understanding of banking products (liabilities, loans, insurance, investments)
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
Sound knowledge of regulatory guidelines and compliance standards
