Drive LAP business through DSA/Connector network
Identify, onboard, and manage new DSAs to expand the channel
Maintain strong relationships with existing DSAs for consistent business flow
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Ensure quality sourcing as per company credit and policy guidelines
Coordinate with credit, operations, and underwriting teams for faster processing
Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with internal processes
