Key Responsibilities:
- Operations: Oversee day-to-day activities, ensuring smooth loan disbursement, file quality, TAT (Turnaround Time), and compliance with bank policies.
- Team Management: Recruit, train, mentor, and manage the branch team, including Sales Managers and credit personnel.
- Business Growth: Drive loan business, identify high-potential areas, execute penetration strategies, and meet monthly disbursement targets.
- Customer Experience: Provide excellent service, manage customer life cycles, gather feedback, and resolve issues.
- Process Improvement: Support digital initiatives, identify process gaps, and implement best practices for efficiency.
- Compliance & Risk: Manage audit compliance, internal/external audits, and delinquency mitigation.
