Business Growth Manager-Supply Chain Finance, Goregaon

We are looking for a Business Growth Manager to drive growth of the Supply Chain Finance business by identifying and onboarding new anchor companies and developing new business opportunities across target segments.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and onboard new anchor companies/corporates for Supply Chain Finance.
• Develop new business opportunities and build a strong pipeline of prospective anchors.
• Establish relationships with CFOs, Finance Heads, Treasury, Procurement Heads and Business Owners.
• Understand corporate requirements and position suitable Supply Chain Finance solutions.
• Drive the complete business development cycle from lead generation, pitching and negotiation to onboarding and business activation.
• Leverage newly acquired anchors to expand business across their dealers, vendors, suppliers and distributors.
• Work closely with Credit, Risk, Operations and Product teams to ensure smooth onboarding and execution.
• Achieve assigned business growth, anchor acquisition, disbursement and revenue targets.
• Identify opportunities for cross-sell and portfolio expansion within the acquired anchor ecosystem.
• Track market trends and competitor offerings to identify new growth opportunities.
