🎯 Role Purpose

To drive home loan business (prime segment) across the assigned cluster by managing branches, sales teams, and ensuring achievement of disbursement targets while maintaining portfolio quality.

🧩 Key Responsibilities

• Drive home loan sales through branches, DSAs, and connectors
• Manage and monitor cluster performance & target achievement
• Lead, coach, and supervise Branch Managers / Sales Teams
• Build and strengthen builder & channel relationships
• Ensure quality sourcing with focus on prime customers (salaried & high-quality profiles)
• Monitor login to disbursement ratio and improve conversion
• Maintain portfolio quality & delinquency control
• Coordinate with credit, operations, and legal teams for smooth processing
• Ensure adherence to compliance & regulatory guidelines

👥 Team Handling

• Manage multiple branches within the cluster
• Handle Sales Managers, Relationship Managers, and DST teams
