Job Title: Collection Manager – MIS & Vendor Management
Location: Airoli
Experience Required: 3–6 years
Industry Preference: BFSI / NBFC / Fintech

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor the collection performance through MIS reports and dashboards.

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Coordinate with collection vendors/partners to ensure timely and efficient recoveries.

  • Track vendor performance and ensure adherence to SLAs and compliance guidelines.

  • Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities in the collection process.

  • Support audit requirements by providing accurate data and documentation.

  • Liaise with internal teams such as Credit, Risk, and Operations for smooth coordination.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong hands-on experience in MIS reporting, data handling, and analysis (Advanced Excel a must; knowledge of SQL/Power BI is a plus).

  • Prior experience in vendor management within a collection or recovery setup.

  • Good understanding of collection processes and regulatory compliance.

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
