Function: Collections / Credit Operations
To manage flow delinquency in secured loan portfolios by ensuring timely EMI collections, bounce control, and early resolution, preventing slippages into higher buckets while maintaining customer-centric and compliant collection practices.
Manage 0–90 DPD (Bucket 0–2) secured loan accounts.
Drive collection efficiency and bounce clearance across assigned locations.
Identify early warning signals and take preventive actions.
Ensure minimal roll-forward into NPA / hard buckets.
Supervise Collection Officers and Field Executives.
Allocate daily targets, routes, and follow-ups.
Conduct daily huddles, performance reviews, and field coaching.
Ensure productivity, discipline, and adherence to collection SOPs.
Handle customer escalations and sensitive flow cases.
Support regularization, PDC/NACH activation, and payment commitments.
Ensure respectful and ethical engagement with customers.
Coordinate with external collection agencies (if applicable).
Monitor agency performance and ensure compliance with company guidelines.
Support corrective actions for under-performing agencies.
Ensure strict adherence to RBI guidelines, Fair Practice Code, and internal policies.
Maintain proper documentation, visit reports, and system updates.
Coordinate with credit, ops, and customer service teams to resolve account issues.
Track DPD movement, bounce %, roll-rate, and collection efficiency.
Prepare daily and monthly MIS for review
