Position Overview:

The Content Marketing Specialist will develop, execute, and optimize content strategies to enhance our brand's online presence and drive engagement. This role requires a creative and analytical thinker who can produce high-quality content across various platforms and formats, including blog posts, social media, email campaigns, and more.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Strategy: Develop and implement content strategies that align with the company’s marketing goals and target audience, focusing on driving engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation.

  • Content Creation: Produce a wide range of content, including blog posts, articles, whitepapers, case studies, social media posts, email newsletters, and more, ensuring all content is on-brand and optimized for SEO.

  • Editorial Calendar Management: Manage the content calendar to ensure timely production and publication of content across all channels.

  • SEO & Analytics: Optimize content for search engines and monitor the performance of content through analytics tools, making data-driven adjustments to improve reach and engagement.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with other teams to provide content support, ensure it is consistent with brand messaging, and support broader marketing initiatives.

  • Research & Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and competitive landscape to continually refine and improve content strategies.

 

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

- 5 years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or a related role, with a strong portfolio of published content.

- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.

- Strong understanding of content marketing principles, SEO best practices, and digital marketing.

- Experience using content management systems (CMS) and marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media management platforms.

- Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

 

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in the financial services industry.

- Familiarity with organic and paid content promotion strategies.
