Job Purpose
To assess and underwrite TW Loan proposals while maintaining portfolio quality and ensuring compliance with the bank's credit policies. The role involves evaluating customer creditworthiness, conducting financial analysis, coordinating with sales teams, and supporting business growth within the bank's risk framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, bank statements, GST records, ITRs, and cash flows.
- Conduct credit appraisal and recommend approval/rejection of cases.
- Evaluate borrower risk, business model, industry outlook, and repayment capacity.
- Interact with customers for personal discussions and credit assessments.
- Ensure completion of KYC, legal, technical, and verification processes.
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Legal, FCU, and Risk teams.
- Monitor portfolio quality, delinquency trends, and early warning signals.
- Ensure adherence to TATs and internal credit policies.
- Support audit, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
