- Digital & Tele-Collections: Oversee call center operations, digital outreach, and automated settlement workflows to maximize recovery.
- Agency Management: Allocate cases to collection agencies, trace defaulting customers, and monitor vendor performance.
- Negotiation & Settlements: Drive settlement outcomes within established timelines and maintain high contactability rates.
- Compliance: Ensure all recovery efforts adhere to legal guidelines, regulatory frameworks, and internal bank policies.
