Key Responsibilities
1. Collection Application & System Management
User Lifecycle Management: Manage the collection application system, including the activation, deactivation, and maintenance of Application IDs and Digital IDs.
Reconciliation & Audits: Conduct regular and systematic reconciliations of active IDs and Digital IDs to ensure access governance and security compliance.
DRA Compliance: Oversee Debt Recovery Agent (DRA) status checks and perform regular reconciliations to ensure system alignments match field realities.
2. Incident Management
Issue Monitoring: Monitor the collection system issues & new requirements
Tracking: Log, escalate, and collaborate with relevant technical/IT teams/Vendor to resolve application issues, tracking them rigorously until final closure.
3. Product Upgrades, UAT & Implementation
User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Design test cases, execute thorough UAT cycles, and validate system stability prior to launch.
Production Deployment: Oversee the deployment of new features into the production environment with minimal business disruption.
4. Core Operations & Governance
Legal Operations & MIS: Manage the allocation of accounts for legal actions, maintain the master Legal MIS, and conduct thorough allocation reconciliations.
Base Upgrades: Oversee the updating of portfolio bases, specifically focusing on Co-Lending portfolios (DA/CLM) and Credit Guarantee accounts.
Governance Tracking: Maintain internal governance trackers to ensure operational milestones, SLAs, and compliance guardrails are met.
5. Stakeholder Management & Inter-functional Coordination
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the central bridge between Collections, IT/Product, Legal, Risk, and Credit teams.
Relationship Management: Manage internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment on platform rollouts, technical issue resolutions, and operational updates.
