Job Purpose

This role requires a dynamic candidate who shall be part of second line of defence i.e. compliance function. The candidate is expected to have thorough knowledge of NBFC compliances and is required to work with other teams to ensure demonstrative compliance.

Role

• Prepare detailed compliance requirements of various circulars and guidelines issued by the regulators, assist in issuing compliance guidelines and verify their compliance on periodic basis,

• Assist in development and providing clearance to various policies, processes and products of organization and ensure that compliance is being done on periodic basis,

• Submit all off-site compliances such as return submission and information asks from RBI by working with internal stakeholders

• Assist in conduct of regulatory inspections

• Review and confirm compliance status as provided in company’s compliance platform

Qualification & experience

• CS / LLB / MBA

• 10-12 years past work experience preferably with a NBFC in Compliance role
