Core Responsibilities

  1. Data-Driven Targeting: Partner with the Analytics team to build propensity models and utilization triggers.
  2. Campaign Management: Oversee end-to-end execution of multi-channel campaigns (WhatsApp, SMS, Email, App Push, and Tele-calling) to drive top-up conversions.
  3. Risk & Policy Alignment: Collaborate with the Risk department to define "Pre-Approved" and "Pre-Qualified" criteria, ensuring portfolio health remains within guardrails while scaling.
  4. Funnel Optimization: Constant A/B testing of communication hooks, UI/UX journeys to promote DIY journey , and offer constructs (e.g., interest rate resets vs. processing fee waivers).
  5. P&L Accountability: Own the monthly and quarterly targets for AUM growth specifically derived from the internal base and the Cost of Acquisition (COA) for these loans.



Key Performance Indicators :

  1. Penetration Rate- of the eligible internal base converted for a Top-Up
  2. AUM Contribution- Total book value generated from the internal base
  3. Conversion Rate- lead-to-disbursement efficiency
  4. Unit Economics- Reduction in COA compared to external sourcing channels
  5. Portfolio Quality- Delinquencies to be within the defined threshold
