Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deliver engaging learning materials, including e-learning modules, facilitator guides, job aids, and assessments.

  • Conduct needs analysis to identify training gaps and performance improvement opportunities.

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), recruiters, and leadership to translate complex information into effective learning content.

  • Develop instructional strategies and storyboards using adult learning principles and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM).

  • Create visually appealing and interactive content using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, Captivate, or Camtasia.

  • Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, analytics, and performance metrics, and recommend improvements.

  • Manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery of high-quality learning materials.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning & Development, or related field.

  • 2–5 years of proven experience in instructional design or learning content development.

  • Strong understanding of adult learning theory, learning experience design (LXD), and e-learning best practices.

  • Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools and LMS administration.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.

  • Creativity with an eye for design and learner engagement.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

  • Experience in designing training programs for recruitment, HR, or talent management.

  • Familiarity with microlearning, gamification, and blended learning approaches.

  • Knowledge of graphic design or video editing tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
