Design, develop, and deliver engaging learning materials, including e-learning modules, facilitator guides, job aids, and assessments.
Conduct needs analysis to identify training gaps and performance improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), recruiters, and leadership to translate complex information into effective learning content.
Develop instructional strategies and storyboards using adult learning principles and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM).
Create visually appealing and interactive content using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, Captivate, or Camtasia.
Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, analytics, and performance metrics, and recommend improvements.
Manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery of high-quality learning materials.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning & Development, or related field.
2–5 years of proven experience in instructional design or learning content development.
Strong understanding of adult learning theory, learning experience design (LXD), and e-learning best practices.
Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools and LMS administration.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
Creativity with an eye for design and learner engagement.
Experience in designing training programs for recruitment, HR, or talent management.
Familiarity with microlearning, gamification, and blended learning approaches.
Knowledge of graphic design or video editing tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
