Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and driven Key Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with our key clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in SaaS sales/account management and the ability to understand client needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure long-term business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

  • Act as the main point of contact for client communication and issue resolution.

  • Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding business within existing accounts.

  • Work closely with the product and support teams to ensure client requirements are met.

  • Prepare and deliver regular performance reports and business reviews to clients.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics.

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of experience in SaaS sales or account management.

  • Strong relationship management and negotiation skills.

  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

  • Knowledge of CRM tools and SaaS business models.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
