Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and driven Key Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with our key clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in SaaS sales/account management and the ability to understand client needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure long-term business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Act as the main point of contact for client communication and issue resolution.
Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding business within existing accounts.
Work closely with the product and support teams to ensure client requirements are met.
Prepare and deliver regular performance reports and business reviews to clients.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics.
Requirements:
5-10 years of experience in SaaS sales or account management.
Strong relationship management and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Knowledge of CRM tools and SaaS business models.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
