Responsible for end-to-end MIS and tracking of retail product litigation cases across India, including Sec 138, Sec 25, SARFAESI, and Arbitration matters.Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update litigation MIS for Sec 138, Sec 25, SARFAESI, Arbitration.
Track case stages, court dates, notices, awards, and recovery progress.
Coordinate with legal teams, panel advocates, and collections for timely updates.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports and dashboards.
Ensure proper documentation of orders, notices, and case files.
Provide insights on pending cases, closure ratio, recovery performance, and legal costs.
Skills Required
Knowledge of litigation processes: Sec 138, Sec 25, SARFAESI, Arbitration.
Strong Excel / Google Sheets; reporting and analytics skills.
Coordination, follow-up, and documentation accuracy.
Qualification
Graduate/Postgraduate (Commerce/Law preferred).
2–5 years of litigation MIS/collections analytics experience.
