Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – Performance Marketing to support the planning, execution, optimization, and reporting of performance-driven digital marketing campaigns. This role will focus on driving growth through paid channels including search, social, display and programmatic marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in strategizing, planning, and executing paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic, etc.) across various platforms
- Monitor daily performance metrics and proactively optimize campaigns to meet ROI, CAC, and CPL targets
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, product, analytics) and external agencies to develop and iterate on ad creatives and messaging
- Perform keyword research, audience segmentation, and budget forecasting
- Generate regular reports and dashboards to share campaign performance insights with stakeholders
- Conduct A/B testing and experiments to improve landing pages, CTAs, creatives, and targeting
- Stay up to date with industry trends, new platform features, and emerging tools
- Manage ad budgets effectively and ensure timely execution of campaigns
- Support attribution modeling and assist in understanding multi-channel customer journeys
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, MBA is a plus
- 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing or paid media
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), DV360, etc
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools
- Knowledge of conversion tracking and web analytics
- Experience working with martech tools like Adobe/Salesforce Marketing Cloud or any other CRM, DMPs, or CDPs is a plus
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills
- A growth mindset with a willingness to learn, test, and adapt
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in e-commerce, fintech, edtech, or a fast-paced digital-first environment.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Adobe/Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, LeadSquared, MoEngage)
- Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications (a plus)
