				Design , develop And Build New HR service OfferingsCreating & then executing Go-To-Market Strategies to Build All HR Portfolios / Services through Strategic Planning i.e for Hiring, Payroll, Etc of all services that can be offered to clients as an HR consulting firmAccelerating revenue growth by creating end-to-end digital journeys for Client on boarding & servicing Establishing new product partnerships for the Clients for all HR Related AspectsLead collaboration among all HR Product functionsCollecting, compiling, and analyzing HR data, metrics, and statistics for the purpose of external and internal reportingAnalyze, prepare and present data driven insights and actionable for HR Team as a part of multiple projectsPreparation of regular dashboards to CHRO and Senior HR Leaders on key people metricsEnsure revamps / reviews are incorporated in a timely manner.         Job Purpose As a Product Manager for a Consulting firm , the Incumbent should be able to design , develop,  make Taylor Made Services and offer those services as a product to the Client in order to make Additional revenues  & offer additional services with diversified product Features. |
