The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) will be responsible for driving business growth for
Business Loans & Professional Loans across Andhra Pradesh through effective leadership
and strategic oversight of a team of Area Sales Managers and their respective sales teams.
This role is key in building a high-performance sales network, optimizing operational
efficiency, and expanding the company's footprint among MSMEs and professionals across
the state.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Leadership & Team Management
 Supervise and mentor Area Sales Managers across various districts of Andhra
Pradesh.
 Define targets and KPIs for ASMs and their teams in alignment with regional goals.
 Regularly conduct performance reviews, provide coaching, and ensure staff
development.
 Foster a results-driven, customer-centric sales culture.
2. Sales Strategy & Execution
 Develop and implement region-specific strategies for business loan and professional
loan acquisition.
 Identify high-potential markets and sectors
 Collaborate with the Zonal Head to align regional strategies with organizational goals.
 Coordinate weekly and monthly sales planning with ASMs.
3. Market Development & Channel Management
 Build and expand a network of DSA/Channel Partners, financial consultants, and
professional associations.
 Drive partnerships with local influencers like Chartered Accountants, doctors, and
business forums.
 Monitor competition and market trends to refine product positioning and pricing.
4. Reporting & Compliance
 Generate and analyze sales reports from ASMs; present actionable insights to senior
management.
 Ensure region-wide adherence to regulatory, audit, and company policy standards.
 Implement compliance training and periodic reviews in the field.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
 Monthly/Quarterly disbursement volumes and revenue achievement

 ASM and team productivity
 Growth in number of active sourcing channels
 Portfolio quality – Delinquency and NPA ratios
 Turnaround time (TAT) for loan processing and approvals

Qualifications & Skills:
 Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Finance, or related field (MBA
preferred)
 15 + years of experience in sales leadership in the banking/NBFC sector with a focus
on business or professional loans
 Prior experience managing Area Sales Managers or large sales teams
 Strong understanding of the Andhra Pradesh market and regional customer behavior
 Strong analytical, team management, and interpersonal skills
 Willingness to travel across the state regularly
