Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Growth: Develop and execute sales plans to achieve EIL product targets across the assigned geography.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain deep relationships with key decision-makers at schools, colleges, and universities to generate leads.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor territory and branch sales teams to ensure they are equipped to meet or exceed regional targets.
- Market Expansion: Analyze regional market trends and competitor activities to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with risk, underwriting, and operations teams to ensure smooth and efficient loan processing for institutional clients.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any stream; a post-graduate degree is a plus.
- Experience: Typically 10+ years of relevant experience in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sales.
