- Drive regional business growth for unsecured business loans for Andhra Pradesh by achieving targets on disbursement, revenue, and customer acquisition across SME/MSME segments.
- Lead and manage regional sales teams, DSTs, and channel partners to enhance productivity, build strong pipelines, and improve conversion ratios.
- Develop and execute strategies for sourcing new business through direct, channel, and ecosystem partnerships (DSAs, brokers, fintech alliances).
- Ensure portfolio quality by closely monitoring credit underwriting standards, early delinquency trends, and coordinating with risk and collections teams.
Maintain strong governance by ensuring adherence to policies, regulatory compliance, operational controls, and effective stakeholder management across credit, ops, and risk functions.
