Job Purpose |
|||
|
This role is responsible to understand the strategic business plan and translate objectives into tactical action plans. Also responsible to drive the monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets of the region while ensuring compliance with organization policies and procedures. |

Functional Responsibilities |
Enabling business growth by developing and managing a network of distributors & dealers across assigned territories |

|
Analyze business potential, conceptualizing & executing sales and pricing strategies to drive sales |
|||
|
Manage productivity by fixing productivity parameters for ASMs/TSMs/FOs, monitoring the performance towards individual targets & business goals |
|||
|
Effectively engage Operations & Risk teams to understand and contribute to overall processes & profitability across locations |
|||
|
Drive P&L for the business by designing and achieving performance matrices to enhance overall productivity and profitability |
|||
|
Conduct regular and detailed business reviews with team, to ensure business strategies are executed, Team management & Grooming of the team to achieve their respective targets |

Managing the Delinquency of the business sourced to ensure health of portfolio |
|||
|
Ensure implementation of promotional plans & contests and suggesting new and innovating promotion plan for the area of work |
|||
|
Ensuring highest levels of employee relationship, motivation & engagement to drive results & high levels of employee satisfaction |
|||
|
Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, processes and other regulatory requirements while conducting sales |

Job Requirements |

Qualifications |
MBA / Management Graduate |
||
|
Experience |
12 - 15 years of experience in handling sales & collections(Preferably in Consumer Durable) |
||
|

Industry insights & knowledge of regulations around Consumer Loan business |

Relationship / Key account management with CD Manufacturer / Dealers |
