'• Generate sales opportunities for both self and team members by proactively identifying and pursuing potential leads.
• Customer Acquisition: Focus on acquiring new clients, with a strong emphasis on building a high-yield Loan AGainst Property portfolio.
• Portfolio Quality: Ensure the overall health and quality of the loan book through diligent monitoring and risk management.
• Digital Adoption: Embrace and advocate the use of digital tools and platforms to drive efficiency and enhance customer engagement.
• Team Development: Lead by example—groom, mentor, and support team members to achieve their professional goals and business objectives.
