Role/Job Title: Relationship Manager-Home loan and Loan against property ( Mortgage)
Function/Department: Rural Banking
Job Purpose:
To deliver a high-quality client service and customer retention. Enhance product sales and new
client acquisition.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Identifying New Markets, must work towards attracting new customers and generating
leads through local activities like organizing canopy activities/leaflet distribution/cold
calling and etc.
To service, the leads referred by sales front/cross/selling or other channels.
To deliver a high-quality client service and customer retention approach to managing
client relationships to enhance product sales and new client growth targets.
Achieve agreed individual performance targets for income generation, product sales and
new client growth targets.
Login to disbursement completion, fulfilment, counselling, and handholding the customer
through the entire process of sanction and disbursement.
Ensuring that customer doesn’t become a non-starter e.g. helping collections to recover
EMI’s in case of default.
Building the relationship in the Market by meeting the Local Builders, Business
communities and new channels.
Education Qualification:
Graduation: Any Graduation
Experience: 0 to 5 Years in Home loans & Loan Against property ( Mortgage)
