Role: Relationship Manager Key Responsibilities: Source new customers for LAP through DSA (Direct Selling Agents) Achieve assigned sales targets for disbursal volume and revenue. Identify high-potential markets and customer segments Understand customer requirements and suggest appropriate LAP products and structures. Guide customers through the entire loan process—from application to disbursal. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals Collect and verify necessary documents (property papers, income proof, financials). Coordinate with credit, legal, and technical teams for loan processing and approvals. Ensure quality sourcing to maintain acceptable delinquency and rejection levels. Monitor disbursed loans for early warning signals, overdue EMI, or irregularities. Work closely with collections team for follow-up on overdue accounts. Ensure adherence to internal and regulatory policies regarding lending and documentation. Maintain MIS reports on sales, pipeline, conversions, and productivity. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals. 3. Channel Management Develop and manage relationships with DSAs, connectors, and other sourcing partners. Ensure proper training and compliance of channel partners. Monitor and improve channel productivity and effectiveness. 4. Credit & Documentation Coordination Collect and verify necessary documents (property papers, income proof, financials). Coordinate with credit, legal, and technical teams for loan processing and approvals. Ensure quality sourcing to maintain acceptable delinquency and rejection levels. 5. Portfolio and Risk Management Monitor disbursed loans for early warning signals, overdue EMI, or irregularities. Handling a ticket size of 50 lakhs to 25 Crore Work closely with collections team for follow-up on overdue accounts. Ensure adherence to internal and regulatory policies regarding lending and documentation. 6. Reporting and Compliance Maintain MIS reports on sales, pipeline, conversions, and productivity.
