Purpose of the role:
Acquire new customers, generate disbursements, and maintain portfolio quality for Used Wheels loans
through effective sourcing, customer service, and channel management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve individual sales, disbursement, and collection targets for Used Wheels loans.
• Source business through direct customers, dealers, and DSA networks.
• Conduct customer meetings, credit profiling, and preliminary financial assessments.
• Ensure accurate documentation and smooth coordination with credit and operations.
• Maintain strong relationships with dealers, connectors, and local influencers.
• Follow up with customers to ensure timely disbursements and repayment discipline.
• Drive customer satisfaction through proactive communication and service delivery.
• Support cross-selling initiatives and promote value-added products.
• Track competition and share market insights with the Branch Business Manager.
• Ensure adherence to process, compliance, and KYC norms.
• Participate in branch marketing and business development activities.
• Maintain healthy conversion ratios and portfolio hygiene.

Desired Experience:
• 2–5 years of experience in vehicle finance, auto loans, or retail lending.
• Experience in dealer / DSA management and direct customer sourcing.
