Role Purpose:
To drive business growth in the professional loans segment (Doctors, CAs, Architects, etc.) through the direct sales channel by acquiring new customers, managing relationships, and ensuring achievement of sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of professional loan products through direct sourcing
- Identify and acquire new customers within target segments (Doctors, Chartered Accountants, Self-Employed Professionals, etc.)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals
- Achieve monthly and quarterly disbursement targets
- Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities
- Ensure proper documentation, credit quality, and compliance with company policies
- Coordinate with credit, operations, and underwriting teams for faster turnaround time (TAT)
- Track leads, conversions, and pipeline through CRM systems
- Handle customer queries and provide end-to-end support from login to disbursement
