🔹 Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the DSA channel for sourcing Professional Loan cases
  • Identify, onboard, and activate new DSAs / connectors
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing DSAs to ensure consistent business flow
  • Drive loan disbursement targets (Doctor/CA/Architect/Professional segment)
  • Ensure quality sourcing and adherence to company credit policies
  • Coordinate with credit, operations, and underwriting teams for smooth processing
  • Monitor DSA performance and provide regular feedback/training
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance for all sourced cases
  • Track competition and market trends to improve sourcing strategy
