Drive sales of Business loan products through the Direct Selling Agent (DSA) network and ensure achievement

of assigned revenue and volume targets

 

Identify, onboard, and develop new DSAs to expand market penetration.


Manage and strengthen relationships with DSAs to drive lead generation and business growth.

 

 Address and resolve operational and business challenges faced by DSAs to ensure seamless execution.

 
Oversee the end-to-end digital loan application process, ensuring timely approvals and disbursals.

 

Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines, company policies, and compliance standards in all sales and
DSA-related activities.
