Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive home loan sales through direct sourcing – cold calling, referrals, walk-ins, and digital leads.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, builders, real estate agents, and other stakeholders.

  • Understand customer requirements and offer suitable loan products in line with their eligibility.

  • Conduct field visits and client meetings regularly.

  • Manage the end-to-end loan process from sourcing to disbursement.

  • Ensure adherence to company processes, compliance, and quality standards.

  • Track daily/monthly sales performance and achieve sales targets and KPIs.

  • Stay updated with competitors’ products, market trends, and pricing strategies.

  • Assist customers in documentation and resolve any issues during the loan process.

  • Collaborate with internal departments – credit, operations, and legal – for smooth processing.
